Shipping Policy & Processing Times

All orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, and DHL. Shipping Rates are determined by package weight, size, and carrier rates.

Orders are typically processed and shipped out in 5-7 business days. ( This Does not include weekends or shipping transit times)

I am the sole curator, creator, or designer of every product on this website. This is a one-man team. This ensures I provide only the best quality items while maintaining proper packaging. You can't rush quality! <3

For Custom and Pre-Order items, please refer to the item page or order confirmation for specific processing and shipping times. 

Discount codes cannot be combined.

We are not responsible for the package once it is shipped. 

  • Please refer to your shipping confirmation email for tracking information, tracking numbers, and the carrier. If you have any issues, you must contact the shipping carrier directly. 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

  • Please ensure the shipping address is correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a shipping refund will not be issued. If a customer requests a re-ship, the customer will pay for the cost of the re-ship.
  • Once we give the package to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL), they are responsible for getting it to you. Please file a claim with the carrier prior to emailing sales@seraphinagrey.com.
  • We are not responsible for damaged products due to shipping. We package every order with care to ensure no breakage. If a product is damaged, contact sales@serphinagrey.com with a photo and the order number, and we will do our best to assist you. 

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are sent to the email or phone number on file (inputted when you placed your order) when your order is processed and ready for shipping. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive a tracking email.

International

We currently do not offer international shipping.
