How do custom orders work?

Choose your item, upload your image or text, and let us work our magic. Most custom items ship within 5–7 business days. Have something specific in mind that's not on the site? Reach out — we love a creative challenge.

What's The 10% Club?

It's our community of kindred spirits. Members get early access to new drops, exclusive discounts, and the kind of content we don't share anywhere else. Think of it as the VIP corner of Grey Street.

I'm a spoonie / have chronic illness. Do you get it?

Yes. The founder is an Endo warrior with 20+ years of lived experience. This shop was built for days when "doing your best" looks like getting dressed. No toxic positivity here — just real comfort and understanding.

What's your return policy?

Custom items are made just for you, so they're final sale unless there's a defect (and we'll make that right, promise). For non-custom items, reach out within 14 days and we'll work it out.

Where do you ship?

Currently US only, but we're working on expanding. Sign up for The 10% Club to be first to know when we go international.

Can I request a specific design?

Absolutely. Contact us with your idea and we'll let you know if we can make it happen. We can't promise every request, but we love hearing what our community wants.

Do you offer discounts for first responders / public service?

Yes! All public service officers receive 15% off. Reach out to verify and we'll set you up.

What about digital products?

We're rolling out digital downloads — poetry collections, guided journals, oracle decks, and more. These are delivered instantly after purchase. No shipping, no waiting.
