Below, you'll find a general overview of my pricing structure and an outline of my process designed to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.
Pricing Overview
Our pricing is designed to be transparent and reflect the level of editing required and the type of product selected. Here is the general price list for my services:
- Basic Edits: included in purchase (cropping, color correction, minor touch-ups, AI upscaling (if needed)
- Intermediate Edits: $10 per photo (background removal, retouching, enhancing details, small object removal)
- Advanced Edits: $25 per photo (complex manipulations, face swapping, photo restoration, extensive retouching, object removal)
- Custom Projects: For highly customized projects or bulk orders, prices will be negotiated based on the scope of work and volume, potentially reducing the per-photo cost.
The final cost of your project will be based on the type of blank selected (e.g., photo slate, photo tumbler, tote, T-shirt, etc.), your choice of editing options (if applicable), any add Ons chosen, and your specific instructions.
Our Process
- Submission: Upload your photo and select your desired product type (e.g., photo slate, photo tumbler).
- Select Edit Options: Choose the level of editing you require from our range of options.
- Provide Instructions: Add any specific notes or instructions to guide me. The more information I have, the better.
- Confirmation/Approval: Based on your selections and instructions, we will review your image and once approved, your order will be confirmed.
- Editing and Printing: I will perform the necessary edits and email you a proof for your approval. (You get 1 revision included in your purchase). Once you approve your proof, I will proceed with printing your product. *(see below)
- Quality Check and Delivery: After a thorough quality check, your finished product will be shipped to you or your recipient.
**Failure to approve your proof will delay the shipping and delivery of your product**

I love to make custom product for my customers and always invite you to reach out to me to create a custom design for you. Please note, due to copyright and trademark laws, we are unable to do ANY designs that would fall under copyright or trademark infringement (this includes Disney, college teams, and sports teams, to name a few).
If you are a business, school or other agency with valid WRITTEN permission to use a specific design, please send a copy of your documentation to sales@serphinagrey.com for me to review. I will reach back out to you within 24 hours to let you know if I am able to accept it.
